Prototech Hong Kong Engineering & Manufacturing Company Limited is an engineering-led manufacturing partner linking UK and European customers with high-quality production in China. We specialise in precision CNC machining, moulding and die-cast boxes, delivering metal and plastic components that are ready for assembly and certified use.

From the first CAD file to the final shipment, we support you with design-for-manufacture (DFM), tooling, machining, finishing and packaging. Our network of proven manufacturing partners in Southern China allows us to combine competitive pricing with tight lead times and repeatable quality across every batch.
What we make
We manufacture a wide range of custom components, including:
• Precision CNC parts in aluminium (6061, 6082, 7075), stainless steel, mild steel and brass – from complex actuator mounts and firing head covers to pull cable bosses and plungers for safety-critical systems.

• High-volume aluminium boxes and enclosures, such as 50×50×31 mm die-cast or CNC-machined boxes with black anodised finishes for industrial and electronic applications.





• Mechanical hardware and brackets including eye bolts, clevis pins, operating arms, sheet-metal brackets and locking bezels with zinc plating or anodised coatings for corrosion resistance.

• Nozzle bodies, nuts and bezels for fire and safety equipment, produced in coloured anodised aluminium to strict cleanliness and deburring standards.

  • CNC machining
    3-axis and 4-axis milling and turning for tight-tolerance components in aluminium, stainless steel, mild steel and brass.
  • Molding & die-cast boxes
    design and supply of moulds and die-cast tooling for aluminium boxes, housings and custom enclosures, with follow-up CNC finishing where required.
  • Sheet-metal fabrication
    brackets, plates and small structural parts with bending, punching and secondary machining.
  • Surface finishing
    black and colour anodising (AA10–15 / AMS03-25), zinc plating with passivation, deburring and cleaning to remove oil, grease and swarf.
  • Prototyping to production
    fast prototypes, pilot batches and full production runs under EX-Works trade terms with clear pricing and lead times.
